Bourke Street Mall is a busy shopping area in the CBD. This is where you can find an information centre for visitors, as well as helpers stationed around that area that can direct you if you're lost. There's also a lot of buskers in this area. It's always fun to see all sorts of different live performances during the day and night. Sometimes, whole bands from the local area will set up shop to perform and sell their CDs. You can find a lot of different shops in this area, including Myer, Daiso, Priceline Pharmacy, Target, JB Hi-Fi, H&M, there's even a Pancake Parlour location here. Lots of great places to eat are very close by. It's a good spot to hang out or a good meeting place. My favourite activity was always people watching or watching buskers in this area. Browsing the Daiso nearby is also fun, it's the largest in the CBD next to the location hidden away on Flinders St. The Myer in this space is also a great place to check out. It has 7 floors and connects to Emporium.
